1. Acceptance
By accessing cc.imagetoprompttool.com ("the Service") at https://cc.imagetoprompttool.com/, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
The calculators provided are for informational purposes only. Results are not financial, medical, or legal advice. Always verify important calculations independently before making decisions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at bestpollard125834@gmail.com of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 7 days of charge.
5. AI Credits and Free Trial
New accounts receive a one-time allocation of free AI analysis credits, valid for a limited trial window (currently 30 credits over 30 days). Unused trial credits expire when the trial ends. Paid plans refill their daily credit quota at midnight UTC; unused daily credits do not roll over. We reserve the right to adjust trial length, credit allocations, or daily quotas, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers via email or in-app notice.
6. Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro-rated refunds are not guaranteed, but we handle good-faith refund requests within 7 days of charge on a case-by-case basis via bestpollard125834@gmail.com.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to scrape data at abusive rates, reverse-engineer the calculator logic, transmit harmful or unlawful content, or attempt to bypass paid-plan gates (e.g., PDF/Excel export, higher AI quotas).
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of results. AI explanations are generated by third-party language models and may contain errors — always verify important numbers independently.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cc.imagetoprompttool.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from decisions made based on calculator output or AI explanations.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to account holders via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will first be addressed through informal negotiation; unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration where permitted by law.
