• AI queries: when you ask our AI assistant a question, your question plus the relevant calculation numbers are forwarded to the configured AI provider (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic). We log the fact that you made a query (for quota enforcement) but not the full question body by default.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically via server logs and Google Analytics.
• Payment data: billing details processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We never store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the calculator service.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, receipts).
• To display personalized calculation history and favorites.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your language preference, and analyze site traffic via Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Analytics — anonymous traffic analysis
• Google AdSense — advertising (displayed to free-plan and guest users only; paid plans are ad-free)
• OpenAI / Anthropic / other LLM providers — only when you click the AI assistant button; inputs are sent to generate an explanation

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your Dashboard → Security page, which permanently removes all personal data.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, port, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to automated decision-making. You can exercise most of these rights directly from Dashboard → Security. For anything else, email bestpollard125834@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, our use of advertising cookies (Google AdSense) may constitute "sharing" under CPRA. You can opt out by declining the cookie banner on your first visit or by emailing bestpollard125834@gmail.com. Submitting a request will not discriminate against you.

8. Cookie Policy

When you first visit cc.imagetoprompttool.com, a cookie consent banner asks you to accept or decline. The banner result is stored in a cookie called oc_consent for 180 days.
